WALDRONS’ NEW CONNOISSEUR RANGE OF FROZEN DESSERTS

Waldrons Patisserie Ltd. has launched its new Connoisseur Range of luscious Fresh Cream Frozen Desserts. These luxury 16-portion desserts are hand-made at their factory in Devon, and are frozen whole or pre-sliced for foodservice.

 

New and exciting recipes have been developed which incorporate light choux pastry, soft sponge, fresh Devon dairy cream, and Belgian chocolate. Available now are Raspberry Crème Brulee, Profiterole Paradise, Paris-Brest, Baileys Chocolate Orange and Profiteroles with Chocolate Sauce.

“The Connoisseur Range was designed to complement our already successful “Ice Cool” selection of desserts. Working closely with our customers we identified the need for products using fresh cream which is produced and supplied from our local Devon dairy. There will be new additions to the Connoisseur Range during the coming year.”
